Version 1.8
-
Magic cut plane renamed to slice extractor.
-
The 'e' key will toggle between moving the slice extractor and moving the
view in the volume window.
-
Fixed the positioning of the spline widget, so that when new slices are
captured, the spline is positioned with respect to that slice.
-
Lighting in the volume window and in the slice extractor window shows off
shape better now.
Version 1.7
Version 1.6
Version 1.5
Version 1.4
-
The isosurface rendering is much faster now (the colored isosurface remains
the same speed however).
-
Added an About window to describe ImageSurfer.
chose to apply the color isosurface.
-
ImageSurfer can be run with the 3Space Isotrak tracker to move, scale, and
rotate the magic cut plane.
Version 1.3
-
Many changes to the interface.
-
The color isosurface rendering only requires the dataset used for coloring
the surface, while the shape is taken from the dataset to which the user
chose to apply the color isosurface.
-
The datasets used for the height and color of the height field are selected
from the slice tab instead of using the scalar and geometry
combo boxes.
-
Ability to scale height field.
-
Fixed bugs when buttons were pressed when no dataset was loaded.
Version 1.2
-
Ability to read in Leica text files. From the datasets specified in these
files, ImageSurfer allows the user to select the dataset that cooresponds
with the dataset being visualized. This scales the dataset properly.
-
Selecting the "select isovalue" button makes the image viewer visible.
-
Ability to read in Leica formatted color indexed TIFF images.
Version 1.1
-
Isovalue selection through the first slice of the image is available through
the menu.
-
The directory is set to the default location of the last one loaded from.
-
Automatically detects stacks of image and fills in the proper fields.
-
Default transfer function set to black-body radiation.
